Idoc status is in 12, but it does not reached to Target.

Hello All,

  Our Scenario is IDoc --> PI --> File.

26 IDocs are triggered from ECC. All the Status of IDoc are 12. No stuck up in SMQ1/SMQ2/SM58 of ECC.

When i am checking in PI System IDX5 T-Code, I am able to see only 13 IDocs. Remaining 13 IDocs have not reached XI.

We have duplicated the Idoc in we19 .this time it has reached PI with no problem.this means the partner profile and the control record is good.the problem occurs randomly.

Kindly help me on this.
