Error in Posting Accrued Interest TBB4

Hi Expert

I am trying to post the below entry from TBB4 after changing the accrual posting to difference procedure

then i changed accounting symbol for 17500 as below to post the below entry

Dr    Interest Payable

     Cr. Bank -Out

but when i am using TBB4 i face the below error although i maintained house bank for flow type 2300 in the instrument

what could be the reason ?
